This sales blog helps you to be reflective about your learning to sell. This means that blog posts MUST NOT be a descriptive account of what you did but an opportunity to: share useful resources, tips with your peers on what works for sales; how and why you did what you did; what you now think about what you did; what ONGOING ITERATIONS you as an Individual need to make when securing YOURS AND YOUR TEAM goals and how YOUR TEAM has changed its assumptions. Make sure you evidence all your claims.

Hey everyone,
ReplyDeletei want to share my experience with you. I interviewed two people and at the beginning I was really nervous. I did not know how to start the conversation and it was "strange" to talk to someone I do not know. Therefrom it was difficult for me to listen in an active way and to get the insights. Moreover I forgot some important questions (e.g. if the person knows someone who could be interested). I think that the interviewee could feel this atmosphere and did not feel comfortable because of that, too.
In the second interview I was relaxed and had an interesting conversation with a man who was interested in new products. At the end, it was more a pleasant chat than an interview. And i think that is really important. All of us were interested in listening to the interviewee and he felt comfortable. Moreover it was easier for us to get his needs and insights. We did not have to ask many questions because he liked talking to us.
It was a nice and interesting experience!
Wow ! Julia I have to say that you turned it super good ! I struggled a lot on getting to the topic but not too fast. I'm really Impressed ! Thumbs up !
